When FlowPass is used by a studio, gym, or other organization, that organization may control certain data submitted through the service. In those cases, the organization is responsible for its own privacy practices and notices provided to its members and customers.

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, and improve the user experience.

6. Text Messaging / SMS

When you opt in to receive SMS notifications through FlowPass, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent preferences. We use this information solely to send you transactional notifications related to your studio membership, including waiver reminders, check-in confirmations, membership status updates, appointment reminders, and event check-in QR codes.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number may be shared with our SMS service provider, Telnyx, solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.

You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out, you will not receive further SMS messages unless you re-subscribe. Your opt-out preference is processed immediately.

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Message frequency varies based on your studio activity.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
