Our Story
FlowPass was born from a simple frustration: why are wellness studios—focused on mindfulness, community, and modern wellness—still using plastic membership cards from the 1990s?
As a studio owner, I watched members lose cards, saw staff waste time searching for names, and felt embarrassed when our tech didn't match our teaching. The disconnect was clear—we were teaching modern wellness practices, but our member onboarding felt outdated.
So I built FlowPass to give studios the modern member onboarding they deserve. A platform that replaces plastic cards with digital wallet passes, paper waivers with beautiful digital forms, and clunky check-ins with 3-second scans.
Today, FlowPass helps yoga studios, Pilates studios, CrossFit boxes, and boutique gyms create professional, effortless member journeys from first sign to every check-in.
