Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts. Email support@getflowpass.com to cancel and you won't be billed again.
What counts as a member?
People in your member records count toward the Starter limit of 500. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited members.
What if I need more than 500 members?
Upgrade to Pro for unlimited members. Running multiple locations or have other specific needs? Contact us.
Do you charge per member?
No. Each plan is a flat monthly price. Starter includes up to 500 members; Pro is unlimited.
Do you offer annual billing?

What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your member list and waiver PDFs any time from the dashboard. Wallet passes stop updating when your account closes.
